I was concerned about length because I’m tall. At 5’11” and 150 pounds, the large fit almost perfectly. I like the length of the short sleeve as I have wider triceps and it’s pretty flattering.

It is a one piece but can be taken off and on quickly for those 5 second bathroom breaks.
